We are a very small scale AFRMA fancy rat breeder who focuses on primarily on producing healthy high quality rats with solid temperaments suitable for being wonderful loving pets!
Our does are only bred 2-3x before retiring from breeding, so the number of rats produced by us a year is very small. We also only raise a small selection of colors and coat types which includes Black D'Argent, Roan, Cinnamon, and Spotted Tabby (Marble) in standard coat type. Other colors crop up occasionally depending on pairings. We prefer solid colors, variegated, and Berkshire pattern over hooded animals.
Our rats are our pets first and foremost, they occasionally attend shows that are closest to us, and regularly receive lots of love and enrichment!
Additionally, our animals regularly receive Diagnostic Health testing to better monitor their long-term health through Charles River. Our current test results are available upon request to fellow paid AFRMA members/breeders.
CoLoR and Coats:
We have a particular fondness for the color Blue. But have chosen to expand our horizons to work with other colors too! Our fancy rats come in standard coat only.

D'Argent, Marble, Cinnamon, and Roan
Ear Types
We mostly work with Dumbo eared rats. We just cant get enough of their sleepy-sweet looking faces! However, we do on occasion have regular 'Top Eared' rats also
